Change Log #24 - 07/09/2026

General Fixes/Changes

✔️ Fixed /playtime -- Now shows an in-depth playtime description for any player.

✔️ Fixed dungeon key bug -- When players retry the Abandoned Mines dungeon in "The Deep Dark" quest with a banned item in their inventory, it would remove the key and kick the player out of the dungeon. This has been fixed, as well as for the GUI buttons in /dungeons.

✔️ Fixed certain WorldEdit commands not working (Jartonite).

Economy & Shop Update

Around 300 new blocks and items added to the server shop, the biggest restock yet. Blocks alone went from 5 pages to 16.

Blocks

✔️ Every color set is in -- all 16 colors of wool, concrete, terracotta, glazed terracotta, and stained glass. Build in whatever color you want.

✔️ Planks and stripped logs for every wood type -- oak all the way to cherry, pale oak, crimson, and warped.

✔️ Fancy building blocks -- deepslate bricks and tiles, tuff, polished blackstone, quartz, sandstone, and stone brick sets.

✔️ Storage blocks -- coal, iron, gold, copper, diamond, emerald, netherite, and amethyst.

Ores & Materials

✔️ Raw ores (iron, gold, copper), amethyst shards, glowstone dust, and the full netherite line -- scrap, ingots, ancient debris, and echo shards.

Farming, Food & Drops

✔️ All the saplings you were missing -- birch, jungle, acacia, dark oak, cherry, pale oak, and more.

✔️ New foods -- honey bottles, milk, dried kelp, honeycomb, and fresh fish.

✔️ Rare mob drops now sellable -- shulker shells, nautilus shells, dragon's breath, nether stars, and phantom membranes.

Misc

✔️ Loads of utility items added -- shears, work tables, lanterns, ender chests, and more.

Custom Enchantments Overhaul

427 new enchants, the all-new Souls system, new shops, scrolls, dust, and stat trackers, all with fresh menus and icons.

Custom Enchants

✔️ 427 brand-new custom enchants across six rarities (Simple, Unique, Elite, Ultimate, Legendary, and Fabled) for swords, axes, tridents, bows, crossbows, pickaxes, shovels, hoes, fishing rods, all armor, and the elytra. Levels go up to 10.

✔️ Enchants come on books -- drag a book onto your gear to apply it. Every book has a Success and Destroy rate, and applying the same enchant again levels it up.

✔️ Brand-new icons across every enchant, book, scroll, dust, and menu.

👻 Souls (New!)

✔️ Apply a Soul Tracker to a weapon and it banks souls from your kills -- 5 souls per kill.

✔️ The strongest enchants spend souls every time they trigger, so keep your weapon fed. Soul Gems top your weapon back up.

New Shops

✔️ /enchanter -- buy random enchantment books by rarity.

✔️ /tinkerer -- sell unwanted books for XP.

✔️ /alchemist -- the Enchantment Alchemist combines two matching books into the next level, or two dusts into a higher-tier dust.

✔️ /enchantshop -- buy enchant orbs that raise how many enchants your gear can hold, from 4 up to 8.

Scrolls & Dust

✔️ Scrolls -- Holy White Scroll, Transmog Scroll, White Scroll, and Black Scroll.

✔️ Dust -- Magic, Mystery, and Secret -- all obtainable by tinkering enchant books.

Stat Trackers

✔️ Added StatTrak, MobTrak, BlockTrak, and FishTrak -- track player kills, mob kills, blocks mined, or fish caught right on your gear.

Wiki Enchantments Rebuilt

✔️ The entire Enchantments section of the wiki was rebuilt for the new system -- the full 427-enchant catalog sorted by gear with activation chance and effect at every level, plus Souls, Scrolls & Dust, the Enchanter/Tinkerer/Alchemist, and the Stat Trackers. Survival WorldEdit Overhaul (Jartonite)

✔️ Completely overhauled Survival WorldEdit functionality and mechanics, with all-new messages.

✔️ Players can now only make edits in the Wilderness world.

Other Changes & Fixes

✔️ Added a 20,000 Gold cost to redo the Miner Dungeon in "The Deep Dark" -- stops players from endlessly leaving and re-running it to farm the Macrinus questline.

✔️ Inner dungeon door keys are now removed from your inventory when you leave or enter a dungeon -- no more grinding floor 1 and then skipping floors 1 and 2 with saved-up keys.

✔️ Removed mob AI from spawner mobs.

✔️ Fixed Honeyclicker autoclicker detection -- it now works off movement and caps CPS at 30.

✔️ Fixed the Bamboo Fishing Rod not casting. (Old items still won't work -- make a ticket to get the fixed item.)

The Traveling Merchant — New Rotating Shop

The Traveling MerchantThe Merchant Stall

✔️ THE MERCHANT HAS ARRIVED! -- A brand-new rotating shop bringing rare items, daily opportunities, and server-wide competition to the economy.

✔️ Daily rotating stock -- A pool of 85 unique items, with 3 picked fresh every 24 hours. Every day brings a new selection, so check back before stock rotates.

✔️ Five rarity tiers (★ to ★★★★★) -- Higher-rarity items show up less often, cost more, and tend to be far more valuable. Not every day will have a rare, so watch for those special rotations.

✔️ Global-limit exclusives -- The rarest offerings come in extremely limited quantities, some with a server-wide purchase cap. A few may have only one available globally -- if you spot one, grab it before another player claims it.

✔️ Loaded reward pool -- Diamonds and resources, powerful gear, Pet Eggs, Crate Keys, Rank Vouchers, special collectibles, and limited-time exclusives.

✔️ Gold is the main currency -- Most purchases use Gold; some special items call for Nectar.

✔️ Two ways in -- Visit the Merchant stall at Spawn, or use /merchant from anywhere.

✔️ Live restock hologram -- The stall shows a live countdown to the next refresh, so you can plan ahead and never miss a rotation.

New Spawner System

✔️ We swapped out the old spawner plugin for a brand-new one built in-house, with stacking, menus, holograms, and a much cleaner feel.

✔️ Your spawners are safe. -- Every spawner already placed on the server was carried straight over to the new system. Nothing was lost or reset.

✔️ Spawners now stack -- place up to 4 of the same mob on one block instead of cramming blocks everywhere.

✔️ Every spawner has a floating hologram -- a spinning mob icon and a panel showing the mob, the stack count, and the owner.

✔️ Right-click your spawner to open its menu -- check its stats, toggle it on or off, split one off, pick the whole thing up, or transfer it to another player (with a confirm screen so you don't fat-finger it).

✔️ Mobs now stack up -- spawned mobs pile into one stacked mob with a counter, so big farms run far lighter and are way easier to clear out.

✔️ Break with any tool -- left-click drops one spawner off the stack, sneak-break drops the whole stack at once.

✔️ Each spawner item is now color-themed to its mob -- Creeper spawners are green, Blaze fiery orange, Enderman purple, and so on.

Pets & Incubation Revamp

✔️ THE INCUBATOR GOT REBUILT! -- The incubation stand, the egg display, and the whole hatching experience were rebuilt from the ground up.

✔️ Hold your egg and right-click the incubation stand to open a clean new menu and start hatching right there.

✔️ Your egg now floats and spins above the stand while it hatches, so you can actually watch it cook. When it's done it freezes and reads completed.

✔️ A floating info bar sits above your egg showing its name, its star rating, a live progress bar, and the exact time remaining -- no more guessing.

✔️ Everyone gets their own egg on the stand. Several players can use the same stand at once -- you only ever see your own egg, and nobody can block the stand from you.

✔️ Stand near your hatching egg for some ambient feedback -- a soft tick and gentle honey particles.

✔️ Changed your mind? Cancel returns your egg. -- Cancelling an incubation hands the egg item right back to you, so it's never wasted. (The nectar or gold spent to start isn't refunded.)

✔️ Fixed Rare and Epic eggs displaying the wrong model -- both now show correctly.

Wiki Changelog - 06/09/2026

Another documentation pass on the wiki -- a batch of new pages, freshly documented systems, updated rules, and a cleaner sidebar so every key feature is easy to find. Everything below changed since the rebuild.

Kill & Death Messages

✔️ On death, chat shows a skull-led, mini-titled line that knows how you died, e.g. "☠ ᴅᴇᴀᴛʜ | SimplyJar got folded by Notch"

✔️ 19 death scenarios, each with its own rotating pool of lines: fall, fire, lava, drowning, void, explosion, projectile, suffocation, starvation, lightning, cactus, thorns, magic, wither, freeze, falling anvils, mob kills, PvP, and a catch-all.

Pinata Party! (Vote party)

We have been wanting to introduce this feature for a while, but we weren't quite sure on how to add a fun and unique twist to it! So we introduce to you, Pinata Party!

So how does it work? Well, now your votes count for something, there is now a server wide goal of 50 votes, when the goal is reached it will start a Pinata Party at the club! You can view the goal either in spawn under the vote crate, or at the club - /warp Pinata

🌅 "THE AWAKENING" — Chapter 1 Revamp

If you have not already, make sure to read the full announcement regarding the Chapter 1 release. A lot of general information and story details are covered there that will not be fully repeated in this changelog.

This revamp was focused on completely refining the beginning of JartonMC’s storyline and progression to make the world feel more connected, immersive, and rewarding from the moment you join.

Chapter 1 Revamp

✔️ Rewrote and restructured the entirety of Chapter 1 dialogue and progression flow.

✔️ Added significantly deeper lore and personality to major Cove characters.

✔️ Reworked dialogue structure, phrasing, and grammar around each NPC’s background and behavior.

✔️ Improved quest pacing and progression to feel more fulfilling and rewarding.

✔️ Added smoother transitions between quests and story events.

✔️ Expanded world-building and lore consistency throughout the Cove.

RP / Character Names

One of the biggest additions included with this update is the new Character Name system.

During the Chapter 1 storyline, Jason will eventually ask players what name they would like to be known as around Paradise Cove.

✔️ Players will receive 3 attempts before the system falls back to their Mojang username.

✔️ Added Name Change Terminal to the Cosmetics Building.

Location Codex — Warps Revamp

The old warp system has now been fully replaced with the new Location Discovery system.

Players must now physically explore Paradise Cove and discover locations before unlocking fast travel access to them.

✔️ Fully replaced traditional warp progression with the new Location Codex.

✔️ Added discoverable world locations across spawn and surrounding islands.

✔️ Discovering a location now grants gold rewards and permanent warp access.

✔️ Added Codex access through /locations, /warps, and the Cartographer NPC located in spawn.

✔️ Added progression-based location unlocking.

✔️ Boats at the docks are now fully functional and can transport players between islands.
