Gear & Accessories

Armour keeps you alive, but gear is what makes you better. Rings, amulets, bracelets, and other accessories slot into your loadout and quietly buff your stats, the same stats your skills feed. Stack the right pieces and you'll hit harder, run faster, and survive longer without changing a single piece of armour.

Open your accessory loadout any time with /gear.

Gear is not armour

This page covers accessories: rings, amulets, bracelets, and charms you equip alongside your armour, not instead of it. Weapons, armour, and set bonuses are on the Custom Items page.

Accessory Slots

You have 8 non-armour slots in your loadout, split into two groups.

Dedicated slots (always available):

SlotWhat goes in it
RingRing accessories
AmuletAmulet accessories
BraceletBracelet accessories
ArtifactArtifact accessories (Skull line, etc.)

Accessory slots (unlock by rank):

SlotUnlocks at
Accessory IAvailable from the start
Accessory IIFarmer rank
Accessory IIIArtisan rank
Accessory IVMonarch rank

Unlock more slots as you rank up

You get your first accessory slot right away, then earn three more by climbing the rank ladder: a second at Farmer, a third at Artisan, and a fourth at Monarch. The more slots you have active, the more stat bonuses you can stack at once.

The Stats

Gear does not run on its own separate track. Every bonus an accessory gives you stacks directly on top of the base stats you build up through your skills. A +15 Luck accessory simply adds 15 Luck to whatever your skills have already earned you. Your gear is amplifying the same stat pool, not a second one.

StatWhat it does
HealthRaises your maximum hearts
RegenerationHeals you back faster
StrengthMore melee damage
WisdomBoosts magic power and mana
SpeedMove faster
ToughnessTake less damage
LuckBetter drops and loot rolls
Crit ChanceMore frequent critical hits

The Wayfinder's Compass

The Wayfinder's Compass is the reward for completing the Treasure Hunt. It is one of the only accessories with three stat bonuses at once: Speed, Luck, and Health.

A handful of utility accessories, like diving masks, miner's lamps, and lanterns, grant situational effects rather than raw stats. Equip them through /gear when the moment calls for it.

Salvaging Accessories

Any accessory can be salvaged at the forge. Every salvage returns exactly 4 Nectar, regardless of the accessory's rarity or stats. If an item is not part of your active build, breaking it down is a clean way to build up your Nectar supply.
