🌎 General Questions

• How do I join the server? Connect to the address mc.jarton.me in your Minecraft Java client. Bedrock support is on the way but isn't live just yet.

• What version of Minecraft do you support? Minecraft Java Edition 1.21.4 and newer. Anything older than 1.21.4 can no longer connect, so update your client if you're on an older version.

• Is the server free to play? Yes! JartonMC is completely free to play. We offer optional premium features and cosmetics to support the server.

• Is JartonMC one server or a network? It's a small network. You land on a Hub, the main Towny survival world is where the bulk of the game lives, and an Events server hosts minigames like BuildBattle and Guess that Build. Your premium (Store) rank and staff rank follow you across every server — the free /rankup ladder is tracked on the survival server.

🎮 Gameplay Questions

• How do I claim land? Use /claim to protect your builds. New players get free claim blocks, and you can earn more through playtime and voting.

• Can I play with friends? Absolutely! Invite friends, create parties with /party, and work together on builds and quests.

• Are there any rules I should know? Yes, please read our server rules to ensure a great experience for everyone.

• How do I earn money? You can earn gold through voting, completing quests, jobs, trading, and various gameplay activities.

⚙️ Technical Questions

• I'm having connection issues. What should I do?

  1. Check if the server is online at our Discord
  2. Verify you're using the correct address: mc.jarton.me
  3. Try restarting your Minecraft client
  4. Contact staff if the issue persists

• My items disappeared! Can you help? Contact staff immediately with details about when and where it happened. We keep backups and can often restore lost items.

• How do I report bugs or cheaters? Use /ticket in-game or report issues in our Discord server. Staff will investigate promptly.
