Crates & Keys

Crates are the heart of the Cove's reward economy. Each one needs a matching key, and each tier holds better loot than the last — cosmetics, Gold, gear, and even more keys.

How Crates Work

• /crates is where you view the keys you're holding and purchase crates — it is not where you open them.
• To redeem a crate, head to the crate area in person and use the matching key on the physical crate.
• Keys come from ranking up, quests, voting, dungeons, and the store.

/crates ≠ opening a crate

Think of /crates as your key wallet and crate shop. The actual spin happens at the crate area — bring the right key and use it on the crate there.

Crate Tiers

Common	Entry-level	Reliable everyday rewards to get you started.
Rare	Uncommon	Better odds at cosmetics and useful loot.
Epic	High-tier	Strong rewards worth saving keys for.
Jartonite	Rarest	The top of the line — the best the Cove has to offer.
Seasonal Crate	Limited-time	Rotates with the season — themed cosmetics and rewards you can only grab while it's live.
Vote Crate	Special	Opened with keys earned by voting.
Spawner Crate	Special	A dedicated crate with its own themed rewards.

Higher tier, better loot

Every step up the crate ladder improves the reward pool. Hang onto your rarer keys for the moments they count.

Vouchers

Now and then you'll come across vouchers — special items that redeem for rewards or perks. Hold onto any you find and redeem them when the time's right; they're a tidy way to bank a bonus for later.
